I took part in a challenge to design a new user interface each day for 90 days. The challenge was focused on improving the skills of participants by introducing them to interfaces they might not be familiar with on a regular basis. Throughout I tried to link some of the designs together as if I was designing a larger app or service.

The UX design learning website uxcel offers a wide range of real-world design exercises and briefs. I plan on completing more of them throughout the year and will add them here.

Using popular apps as a basis I recreated several screens from a chosen app, with the goal to better understand common design trends and UI elements. The knowledge of which I took into future designs as well as redesigning several of my past projects.

These are mostly smaller mockups of various homepages or apps I've imagined up. I'll sometimes throw together these designs to test out a new style or design trend. Although a few are just designs I made after getting by media I'm consuming or things going on in my life.
